Three features
We want the roof to protect us in the «Autopilot» mode. That is, we built a house — built a roof, performed all the roofing work, installed an excellent seamless drainage system. And now we only want to enjoy life under reliable protection. But, even with such an ideal version, the “pilot” sometimes has to control “the correctness of the course by which the plane flies”. Check the condition of the roof at least twice a year — after winter and at the beginning of autumn. A more thorough check of the roof must be performed after severe squalling winds and heavy rain.
