The thickness of such a foundation, as a rule, is from 20 to 40 cm. If the dimensions of our house are 6×9 m, then the area of the plate will be, respectively, 54 m2. With the thickness of the plate, for example, 0.3 m, its volume will be 16.2 m3 — the amount of concrete necessary for its filling.
