The machine part of each unit consists of a turbocharger, gearbox and electric motor, installed directly on the foundation without a common bed.
The turbocharger rotor makes 9500 rpm, the required accuracy of the centering of the unit by gear half a letter is 0.08 mm. The turbocharger and gearbox were mounted on installation screws with fine threads, and the electric motor frame on screw jacks. During installation, records of three indicators of the center device were carried out: immediately before the top of the top, immediately at the end of the gravy and a week later during the final tightening of the nuts of anchor bolts. Measurements testified to the stable position of each unit and the absence of displacements both in the process of gravy and during hardening of concrete and pushing the nuts of anchor bolts. The noted deviations of indicators did not exceed 0.02 mm.
