4. What to do with scrap
Only an authorized object should take and throw out the scrap. If an individual passes it, then it requires a statement that should be accompanied by documents, for example, a passport. Children under 14 years of age to hand over and take scrap prohibited. If a legal entity passes, then a copy of the act that says that this item was removed from the enterprise is required.
